The Best Pizza in the Village

Mulligan greets you at the door!

Hands Down Mulligan's at Ponce Golf Course in Hot Springs Village is our favorite pizza place.

Sometimes we eat in;
sometimes we take out;
sometimes we call & pick up.

If we get the large pizza, we will eat two or three pieces and then freeze the rest.

A nice waitress gave us this tip: Freeze each piece individually and wrap in plastic wrap.  When you want pizza again, take a piece or two out; place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper*, and bake at 325/350 degrees until hot...cheese is melting.  The large pizza covers three meals for us.  Sometimes we will get a 10" pizza and finish it off if we aren't in the mood to go through the freezing routine:)

Remember: Don't eat the bones (crust). Save them for dessert! Dribble a little honey on them...
yummmmmy!

Easy Dessert with Pizza

This is the best idea when you want dessert with Pizza, but not too much.

We first had it at the Pizza Cafe in Little Rock.  It won't work if you eat the bones/top crust of your pizza.  Save those bones!  Then, coat them with honey.  How easy is that? It is delicious.

I do not know why all pizza restaurants don't provide the little honey packets.
